Construction on the fourth structure started in late November and is expected to be completed next fall, said John Pottinger, vice president of construction for Duke Realty Corp., the owner and developer of the 18-acre property.
Duke Realty, based in Indianapolis, bought out Codina Development's interest in the complex last year. The fourth phase of the complex is being built by Duke Construction, a subsidiary of Duke Realty, which is a publicly traded real estate investment trust.
Duke has made sure that the $20 million project will conform to the other three buildings.
"The design and construction will be very similar to the other three," Pottinger said.
The four-story, 97,000-square-foot office building has no tenants, but some companies have expressed an interest, he said.
"We do have prospects for the new one," he said.
