Mr. Potterton, a Licensed Environmental Professional(LEP) and Certified Professional Geologist(CPG)manages Fuss & O'Neill's 52-person Environmental Assessment and Remediation Business Unit, which focuses on the remediation of commercial, industrial and institutional properties.He has over 25 years of experience directing major investigatory and remedial efforts at numerous Superfund, RCRA corrective action and brownfield sites under both state and federal regulatory oversite as well as under voluntary programs.He was the president of the Environmental Professionals' Organization of Connecticut (EPOC) from 2004-2006 and has served on the board of directors of the organization for the last ten years.Mr. Potterton worked with the Connecticut DEP in an advisory capacity during the establishment of the LEP program.
