Martin Potterton of Bovis Lend Lease will reveal contractor's revelations and architect Thouria Istephan will talk about design in health.

Although as many as 500 workers at any one time may be on the site of the £220 million development, Martin Potterton, Bovis' project director, said the contractors have been at pains to keep any vibrations from the site to a minimum.
