Tom Potters has been involved in the design and production of electronic and electro-mechanical products for more than 25 years, having held senior staff positions in engineering and operations management at a number of companies.Mr. Potters has held management positions at Robertshaw Controls, Electronic Data Technologies, Mikohn Gaming, and International Game Technology.Prior to joining All Weather, he held the position of Director of Operations at Z-World, a leading producer of single board computers and embedded control systems.Mr. Potters' experience in product development, government regulatory compliance, and product delivery operations has provided an excellent background for his current role as Program Manager at All Weather, Inc.Mr. Potters received a BS degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and has completed the Engineering Management program at the California Institute of Technology's Industrial Relations Center.He is licensed as a Professional Engineer in California and Nevada.
