Mike Potter practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate and tax-exempt organizations.He is a Certified Public Accountant and worked on the tax staff of Ernst & Young, CPA prior to beginning his law practice.He is qualified as a General/Civil Mediator under Rule 31 of the Tennessee Supreme Court Rules and concentrates his mediation practice in probate matters.He is the author numerous articles on estate and charitable planning and is a frequent speaker on these subjects at continuing legal education programs.He joined the firm in 1978 and has been a Member since 1983.
