David Potter is an environmental scientist at Natural Resource Group, Inc., with experience in developing various sections of Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) 7(c) Third-Party Environmental Impact Statements (EISs), impact analysis, field inspections, regulatory compliance, reclamation and revegetation of disturbed lands.David has conducted soil and vegetation analyses; reviewed revegetation, reclamation, and monitoring requirements; and assisted in the management of the third-party compliance monitoring programs for several major natural gas pipeline projects.He has worked on behalf of numerous state and federal agencies, including the FERC, Bureau of Land Management (BLM), and the California State Lands Commission (CSLC).
