This exposé is also about Andrew Posner, a mental health agency executive director. Posner is responsible for filing a false police report and for the subsequent false arrest and false imprisonment of the same 55-year-old gentile gentleman several months later. Mr. Shepherd had been hired by Posner as a mental health counselor and case manager after successfully completing an internship with the agency.
