Falcon was formed in 2001 by Mr. Manley Porter and a group of industry investors. Mr. Porter and the investment group determined that timing may be good to pursue the sale of the Company, and initiated discussions with friends in the private equity industry as to who might assist them.

Mr. Porter, 45 years old, started his oilfield career in 1980, as a rigger for Star Jet Services, an independent wireline service company out of Oklahoma City.He progressed to operator, shop manager, field sales manager, and then Woodward station manager.Star Jet went through acquisitions by Wedge Wireline, Western Atlas and then Baker Hughes.In 2001, Mr. Porter left Baker Atlas to form Falcon.He currently manages operations, sales and administration.
