Julie Porter Julie has studied healing movement for over twenty years. She is a certified Qigong teacher through the Ling Gui School and the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine (OCOM) in Portland, OR. In addition to being Master Liu He's Teaching Assistant at OCOM for more than three years, she teaches Qigong workshops and private classes in Portland and is currently an adjunct faculty member at Portland State University.
