    Mr. Porter advised they plan to build a 100x100 office/storage facility. 8 offices will be built in the SW corner of the building. The remaining space will be used for storage for the grocery store as well as personal use. The front of the building facing NW Ave K will be brick or rock front. There will be 2- 14' overhead doors on the east side of the building. Parking spaces in front of the building along NW Ave K will also be included. Mr. Porter stated the warehouse will probably include an additional cooler.

    Mr. Porter stated all unloading will continue at the docks provided at the grocery store and they will use a fork lift to move merchandise to and from each location. He has talked with TXU about relocating electrical lines. All other utilities are in place.

    Discussed conditions for the Specific Use. Mr. Porter stated he would not be able to meet the 16' height requirement in the proposed conditions.
