  Principal Judd Porter said co-ed cheerleading squads at D-B have been ruled out this year, even though the school has a history of co-ed cheerleading teams.
  
  Porter said having a co-ed squad would require that D-B cheerleaders compete with other co-ed squads, something the school doesn't choose to do right now.
  
  ‘‘We don't choose to have one.And we don't have to choose, and right now we are not of a mind to.There is nothing wrong with having boy cheerleaders at all.I don't want to give you the wrong impression here.I'm not opposed to having boy cheerleaders.We just don't choose to have a co-ed squad right now," Porter said.
