Josh Porter Owner, Business Director

Josh Porter is the Business Director for Ovations Studio and Ovations Downtown Events. Josh's background is in Graphic Design and works as lead designer for WPD Designs. Josh grew up in Sapulpa and studied business and graphic design at NSU and UCO. In 2006, he began the renovation project for the new home of Ovations. As project manager he had the vision and the plan that made it all come together. Because of his efforts Ovations received an award for best adaptive reuse of a historical building at the Sapulpa Main Street awards and was nominated for two of the top three honors on the state level. Formerly Josh used his musical ability in Sapulpa's home grown band, Prizefighter. After being on the road with the Extreme Tour and living in Oklahoma City, Josh and Rachel planted roots in Sapulpa.

Josh is an active youth worker at First Baptist Church and is on the board of directors for the Sapulpa Main Street and Sapulpa Arts as well as a member of the Sapulpa Economic Development Committee.
