Kristian currently holds a U.S.S.F. National "D" license and has 5 years experience coaching boys and girls indoor and outdoor soccer.In his youth, he trained under the U-16 National Team Coach and spent 2 summers training with U-16 and U-14 national team players.His youth club was with the Austin Flyers.

He played for the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor as a freshman captain and played semi-pro (USISL) with the Austin Socadillos.

His goals are to develop youth players that understand every position on the field so they discover the true love of the game and to promote and educate the public about the Strikers Soccer club.
