Kory Poe is a customer service supervisor at Aetna, one of the exhibitors.

"For the most part everybody seems to be professionally dressed, asking good questions, very interested in a long-term career with a good company to work for," Poe said.

Even though they were having applicants fill out forms online, many had introduced themselves and described their job qualifications.

"A lot of them have still taken the time to show me their actual resumes, which has given me a good idea of what they're bringing to the table to come work for us," Poe said.
