Jim Plummer

The Colorado Hockey Institute was recently founded by Jim Plummer with a vision to provide services aimed at improving hockey education for coaches, athletes and hockey associations.

Born in Ottawa, Ontario, Jim moved to Colorado in 1993 and continues to live there today. With over 38 years of passion for hockey which includes playing the game in Canada, the UK and Colorado, Jim recently opened a new chapter and began coaching youth hockey.

Jim is currently a Level 4 USA Hockey coach and is the Head Coach for the U19A White team with the Colorado Select Girls Hockey Association. Jim also serves on the Colorado Select Board of Directors as the Co-Director of Coaching.
