Mrs. Jill Plummer is our registered fostering team manager.Jill is a qualified social worker with over 13 years post qualifying experience.She has a BA Honours degree in Child Care and also qualified as a nurse.She has experience of working with children in need, children on the child protection register, looked after children and children with disabilities.Jill joined Horizon as our registered fostering manager in 2003.
