Mrs. Plante is Director of Sales and Marketing for Iridian Spectral Technologies Ltd.Llynne is responsible for developing and implementing international sales and marketing initiatives and providing input into the development of new products.Iridian Spectral Technologies is a privately owned Ottawa-based company that designs and manufactures custom thin film filters for OEM companies worldwide.Her latest accomplishments include developing and successfully implementing a marketing strategy to capture market share in China and Japan.Prior to her employment with Iridian, Llynne worked for several years in science and engineering positions with federal research laboratories as well as in private industry.Llynne has successfully fused her international business and engineering backgrounds to meet the complex demands of global trade in technology sectors.In addition to a C.I.T.P. designation, Llynne holds a Diploma in Chemical Engineering Technology from Cambrian College and an MBA from Queen's University.
