As Vice President of Client Relations at Right Management Consultants, Lauri Ann Plante partners with her client companies to bring the right resources to the table as they undergo a variety of organizational changes.She was recently selected to the "President's Advisory Council" as one of the global top business developers and last year, was recognized within the Eastern Group for new account development.Additionally, she also received the "Crystal Award" for excellence in client service.Ms. Plante joined Right's business development team in 2001, after beginning her career with Right as a Career Management Consultant.A former human resources professional, Ms. Plante used her expertise in recruitment and employee relations to assist senior level professionals in their career transitions.
Ms. Plante is on the Board of Directors for the Tri-State Human Resource Management Association, of which she has been a member for 20 years, serving as President from 1994-1996 and past chair of the Human Resource Transition Support Group.Ms. Plante is also a national member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), serving as a trustee to the Garden State Council of SHRM and chairing Membership-At-Large for Southern New Jersey.She has been a judge for the Human Resources Department of the Year Awards for the last six years.Most recently, she served on the Host Committee for the SHRM 2002 National Conference for the City of Philadelphia.In 2001, The Human Resources Certification Institute, the credentialing body founded by SHRM, awarded Ms. Plante her lifetime Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation.
