Gary Pizzolato - Mechanical Project ManagerGary@gootee.com Gary Pizzolato, Mechanical Project Manager, approaches every day and every project as a new challenge.The challenge lies in the fact that, although they work with the same basic systems, every engineer configures those systems differently.Gary's job is to take the engineer's design and make it work as intended.With more than 25 years of experience in mechanical construction, he has been with Gootee Construction since its beginning.Gary's goal is to make the customer happy while bringing the job in on time and on budget.

Gary enjoys working on a wide variety of projects, from installing a hyperbaric chamber for burn victims at a major hospital, to converting the Morris F.X. Jeff Auditorium into a professional ice hockey arena - a very complicated project.Attending the first game of the New Orleans Brass in that arena was a great source of satisfaction for him.

As a member of Father's Club, Gary is actively involved in his children's schools and various activities.

Gary completed a five-year apprenticeship program, finishing the program as a pipefitter and certified welder.He then became licensed as a plumber, a journeyman air conditioning mechanic.Gary also has earned his medical gas license.He is pursuing a license for backflow prevention, in addition to studying estimation and a variety of software programs.
