Ms. Patricia A. Pitzer

Patricia Pitzer founded illume Creatif with almost 15 years of experience in the lighting design industry.Ms. Pitzer spent ten years with a world renowned lighting consulting firm before striking out on her own.Six of those years she held the position of Senior Lighting Designer, which entailed project management and design of all types of projects all over the globe.Other responsibilities included management and hiring of the studio staff, marketing and client development.

Ms. Pitzer holds both an architecture and an architectural engineering degree.With this dual-focused education, she is able to approach projects from both the aesthetic and the technical sides.Marrying these typically opposing viewpoints provides a perspective that few design professionals possess.The result of this unified foundation is a design approach that is creative and efficient.Her experience includes a wide variety of project types, such as malls and retail, corporate offices, urban streetscapes, floodlighting, museums and exhibits, courthouses, and residences.Through education and experience, she has developed an attentiveness to detail which serves to enhance the architectural design expression.

Ms. Pitzer's responsiveness to clients, drive for excellence in design, and dedication to quality have helped to develop strong client loyalties.These relationships are the foundation on which her reputation is based.Every project is considered unique and every client is considered indispensable.

Ms. Pitzer is a member of the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES).She has done numerous presentations for both student and professional groups to educate the design industry, and those about to enter it, in the nuances of lighting design and construction.
