   Aaron Pietras, director of quality and training. Aaron has been involved in the quality practice since 1989 and in automotive quality since 1991. He has experience in light assembly, injection molding, metal fabricating, appearance, and machining. Major product involvement has been in passenger restraint and safety systems, wheel end products, interior and exterior trim, and antilock brakes. Aaron has worked for both an OEM and Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers delivering product to Ford, DaimlerChrysler, General Motors, Toyota, Mitsubishi and Nissan. Aaron has been involved with the implementation, development, and maintenance of QS9000 Quality Systems as well as a background in metrology, Advanced Product Quality Planning, statistical process control, system auditing, project management, TQM, among other subject areas. He is recognized by the American Society for Quality as a:Certified Quality Manager (CQM),Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA), Certified Quality Technician (CQT), and Certified Mechanical Inspector (CMI). Aaron has held leadership roles throughout his career that included sitting on the board for the Mid-Tennessee region of ASQ and frequent speaker at the monthtly meetings. Aaron also contributes to the community as a Captain in the Civil Air Patrol and an Angel Flight pilot.
