Barbara Pierson - Executive Assistant/Office Administrator

Prior to Barbara Pierson joining our staff in August 2003, she worked for the West Dallas Neighborhood Development Corporation (WDNDC) in Dallas, Texas.In her position as Office Manager and Program Coordinator she also acted as Compliance Director, overseeing and maintaining the organization's contractual guidelines, as well as preparing a budget, operating proforma, and a cash flow projection for potential funders and contributors.

Barbara's background and expertise in all phases of accounting and data processing including the preparation of financial reports has been a real plus for Consumers for Dental Choice.Well qualified to perform all necessary tasks to maintain a non-profit structure, she augments the staff with proficiency in many areas including payroll processing, and is adept in all necessary software.Barbara's insight and dedication to our goals continues to assist in mapping out our future, and is a true asset to our growth.

A former Legal Secretary/Paralegal, she is presently attending Trinity University seeking a degree in Human Relations, is an ordained minister and has 4 children and 8 grandchildren.
