    Jean Pierre is responsible for developing AXA Investment Managers' Fixed Income business.

    Before May 2004, Jean Pierre was the Head of Credit Products, in which he run all credit activities (including European High Yield and Leveraged Loans) and was co-head of Investment Grade CDO management.In addition to managing Investment Teams, Jean Pierre was responsible for developing AXA IM's credit business and investment process.In 2000 he created and developed AXA IM's European High Yield and Leveraged Loans investment capabilities, and has since helped build the firm's successful CDO business.Jean Pierre joined AXA IM in 1998 from CCF where he spent four years initially as Head of Fixed Income trading and thereafter Head of the Product and Credit Analysis Department.Prior to that, Jean Pierre spent three years as an Arbitrage specialist for CPR and three years as Fund Manager at BTP Gestion.

    Jean Pierre earned his degree in Mathematics from University of Paris VI, a degree in statistics from ISUP and is a qualified actuary IAF, the French Institute of Actuarial Science.He teaches at the University of Paris (Dauphine).
