Since that time Jean Pierre has completed a wide range of assignments, with a particular focus on the professional media, technology, ebusiness, telecommunications and professional services industries.In addition, he is a member of the CFO Practice.Jean Pierre is also a member and present Chairman of the global nominating committee of Heidrick & Struggles.

Prior to joining the firm he was Resident Director of the UK division of the Wolters Kluwer Group, one of the leading international professional and educational publishing groups.Earlier, he was the Executive Vice President of the VNU Business Press Group, the internationally operating professional/trade journal division of VNU.He gained his first consultancy experience at McKinsey & Company, as an Associate in the Amsterdam office.He began his professional career at Pakhoed, where he has held several financial management positions.

A Dutch native born in 1951, he was educated in the Netherlands at the University of Groningen where he gained a degree in economics with distinction.Jean Pierre speaks fluent Dutch, English, and has a working knowledge of French and German.

Jean Pierre Dubois, a Senior Partner of the Amsterdam office, brings over 20 years of senior mangement experience to the firm, including extensive involvement in international mergers and acquisitions.

He joined Heidrick & Struggles in early 1996 as one of the two founding partners of the newly established Netherlands operation.
