SAULT STE. MARIE, Ont. - Helen M. Pierce, president of the Algoma District Law Association, has been appointed a judge of the Superior Court of Justice of Ontario in Thunder Bay.She replaces Justice R. E. Zelinski, who has become a supernumerary judge.
