   Gabriel Piemonte is We The People Media's Outreach Director and co-director of the Advocacy and Outreach Initiative. In that capacity, Gabriel plans sociological research projects conducted by low-income Chicagoans about housing issues across the city. He also copy edits the paper, oversees the distribution of each edition of Residents' Journal and handles all advertising inquiries to the paper. Gabriel previously worked as a reporter and Associate Editor at the Hyde Park Herald and Lakefront Outlook. He currently is a member of the Mid-South Planning and Development Commission and the Committee for to Establish a Southside Community Development Credit Union. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Suffolk University in Boston.
