Edyta Piekarz, originally from Tarnow, explains how she's "....grown quite close to Lexington's nurses, aides and activities staff members."Piekarz graduated from Chicago's Wright College as a Occupational Therapy Assistant, and has been on staff at Lexington for almost eight years."When patients come here for therapy" she says, "they see right away that we're a tight-knit team."

During their stays, patients take advantage of comfortable, newly furnished rooms with electric beds, secured drawers, personal phones, wall mounted flat-screen televisions and even pillow speakers."Our short-term guests can eat with our residents in the main dining room, have their meals delivered to their rooms, or dine in a separate lounge area designated solely for their use," explains Piekarz.
