John was born at Charing Cross Hospital in London, and returned there as a Consultant Anaesthetist.Between times he completed a couple of degrees in mathematical economics and worked in the Treasury (UK Ministry of Finance), before studying Medicine at Oxford.He is also an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the Imperial College of Science and Medicine.He daily satisfies his passions for neuro- and regional anaesthesia.
