Adam PetrilloAdam Petrillo is Vice-President of the Hospitality division of Aztec Group.He is primarily charged with brokering, financing and consulting of hotels, resorts and gaming facilities.He brings eighteen years of experience in gaming/hospitality development, finance and brokerage to Aztec Group Inc.
Prior to Joining Aztec in 1999, Petrillo served as Executive Vice President, Corporate Development of Millamax Inc. where he was responsible for securing the company's diverse portfolio of investments in the gaming and resort industries.He was chiefly responsible for securing the company's investment in the San Juan Ritz-Carlton Hotel & Casino.Moreover, he played a key role in conceptualizing the casino entertainment facility, developing project economics and interfacing with the Puerto Rico Government Development Bank, lenders and investors.
Prior to his engagement at Millamax, Petrillo was the Founder and President of Norstar Capital Corp., a mortgage banking firm and agent for Bank of Oslo, a $1.2 billion Scandinavian commercial bank with approximately $150 million in U.S. based assets.He was responsible for originating and servicing the bank's commercial real estate loan portfolio.His other related work experience includes three years as Analyst and Advisor with M. Mayers & Company, a privately held merchant bank based in Miami, and as General Manager and Vice-President of Caribbean International Hotel Corp., a resort casino owner/operator from 1981-1984.
