Angela Marie Perone

Angela Marie Perone who has joined MCA as Director of Recruiting, is the next high powered addition to the staff as MCA Marches forward.

Angela has worked in the Software industry for over 13 years. She started with Computer Associates working various sales positions, starting as a Sales Representative and moving up to National Accounts Manager. Following her successful career at CA, in 1998 she moved to BMC Software where she worked as an Account Manager and then as a Regional Sales Manager. As a Regional Sales Manager for five years, she covered major accounts in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, as well as select Global Accounts. During her tenure at BMC Angela and her teams closed many multi-million dollar Enterprise License Agreements and in her last year carried a $30 million quota. Angela and her teams achieved various awards and recognition. During her five years as a manager, the majority of her sales people consistently achieved or exceeded their objectives. As a result, Angela enjoyed many 100% Club trips.

Giving back to the community: Angela volunteers for two non-profit organizations; a Cancer Foundation that raises funds for the fight against cancer and the Allergy and Asthma Support Group of Central NJ. She is the Director of Community Outreach, an organization that runs educational programs for local schools and which also raises funds for the Allergy Group.

She received a BA from Mercyhurst College in Erie, PA. As a member of the Mercyhurst Soccer team, she played in the NCAA final four for woman's soccer and received the College's highest award for Outstanding Service Achievement.
