Steven E. Perkins is Sértan's Senior Vice President of Financial Markets.As Senior VP of Financial Markets, Steve is responsible for formulating market solutions, providing sales and ensuring delivery into his sector; he also oversees Sértan's new product development.Steve had served as Sértan's Chief Executive Officer from August 1999 through January 2002.Prior to founding Sértan, Mr. Perkins was the Southern California Regional Manager of Cisco Systems, Inc., and a Manager in Hewlett Packard's Public Sector (gov/ed) Sales Operations.
