   Sadhana joined Worldsmart in 2006 after more than 18yrs of software industry experience which included 10 years with Motorola's Global Software Group based at Adelaide where she held a number of managerial positions including Program Manager, Operations Manager and Development Centre Manager.At Motorola she was responsible for managing large teams and managing multiple global projects and customers and successfully delivered several software products using industry best software process and methodologies.
   
   Subsequently she also held the position of Director of Development at Ratbag Games/Midway Studios - Australia where she was responsible for the development and delivery of games, managing the large game development team and improving studio wide game development and test processes.Sadhana has a structured approach to project planning and tracking with a focus on continuous process improvement.
   
   She is responsible for the development and delivery of all Worldsmart products, managing the development team and for providing second tier support for all the released products.Her extensive experience in running large teams and managing multiple complex software projects and customers brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Worldsmart Technology.
