   Richard Pepper is the Chief Financial Officer of Hudson Australia/New Zealand operations. In his role as CFO, Richard oversees the accounting and finance, information technology, pricing, commercial, marketing, interactive and real estate/procurement functions of the business.
   
   Prior to joining Hudson, Richard held senior financial leadership roles most recently with Flight Centre in Australia, where he had global financial responsibility for the Product and IT operations.
   
   Before this Richard was General Manager of Business Services for Flight Centre in the UK. This role included responsibility for the $120 million acquisition and subsequent integration of Britannic Ltd, the fourth largest corporate travel operator in the UK.
   
   Richard has also had significant roles with other listed companies, including Chief Financial Officer/Company Secretary at Colorado Group Limited, where he was involved in the listing process. He has also held senior finance roles at Jupiters Limited and Marks & Spencer plc in the U.K.
   
   Richard has a Bachelor of Science degree in Econometrics from the University of Leicester in the UK.
