According to Knowledge Point's general manager Wong Kam Peng, the company expects at least 10,000 users to sign up with the center by next year.The center will provide three levels of training – Act!2000 basic, advanced and technical administration.

Wong said CRM is currently at its threshold and has been generating a lot of interest.

"The training programmes at the center will allow users to learn how to use the tool."

She added that currently the training programmes are offered at a special promotional rate of RM199 for basic, RM249 for advanced and RM299 for technical administration.

Act!2000 will be sold at a promotional price of RM495.The normal retails price is RM550.
