Michael Pechette Joins the OverX Advisory Board
Chicago, IL – April 2, 2001 – Michael Pechette today joined the OverX Advisory Board.In addition to his role as Advisor, Mr. Pechette will be serving as Acting Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the strategic operations for the company.

Michael Pechette serves as President of Founders Capital Corporation (FCC), a merchant-banking firm that provides corporate finance services to entrepreneurs and middle market corporate clients in a variety of industries.FCC also acts as a principal in acquisitions.Prior to founding FCC, Mr. Pechette held positions with Spurgeon Holding Corp., Mansur Capital Corp., The Northern Trust Corporate Finance Department, and Arthur Andersen & Co.
Mr. Pechette is a member of the Illinois, Indiana, and Chicago Bars and is a Certified Public Accountant.He is also a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, the National Center for Employee Ownership, and the Steering Committee of the Chicago Chapter of the National Eagle Scout Association.
In addition to Mr. Pechette, other members of the Advisory Board include Terry Robbins, managing partner of Robbins & Associates LLC, and Intellectual Property Attorney Paul Carmichael.
