Steve Payne is the founder and lead trainer of Training Alive.

An inspirational and motivating presenter, trainer and coach, Steve specialises in management, communication and personal skills development.

Steve believes that training should be fantastic fun, yet at the same time credible, thought provoking and relevant, and his courses encourage immediate practical application in the workplace.

Steve created Training Alive in 2006, and before that was Head of Training at Principality Building Society for 18 years. At Principality, he introduced and delivered a series of high profile management and communication development initiatives.

A highly experienced, and flexible professional, with extensive involvement in the design and delivery of development solutions, Steve is a highly sought after presenter, able to influence, develop and engage with all levels.

As a qualified personal coach, Training Alive's Steve Payne works with managers, leaders, and individuals from all backgrounds to help turn vague plans into specific achievements.
