He is interested in foreseeing the trends and crucial directions in the deployment of IT for quantum change in corporate effectiveness. Now as CSO, Amit's focus is on accelerating SETU's growth by building new alliances in the form of strategic partnerships and joint ventures .

Kruti A Patel, Director Practices, co founded SETU, along with Amit N Patel. She has over 5 years of experience and brings with her an interesting combination of managing Human Resources across SETU. She is responsible for all HR initiatives, compensation & benefits design, performance management, annual HR operating plan and metrics. Kruti is passionate about approaching Human Resource Management as a Science and keenly follows research in Social Sciences on Performance Management, Role Clarity, Organizational Design and Change Management. Kruti is an avid Yoga enthusiast and which she practices regularly.

Kruti A Patel, an enterprenuering lady co-founded SETU along with Amit N Patel in 1996.As the Director of SETU, Kruti has spearheaded SETU's efforts in building strategic alliances.

Shital R Shah, With 10 years of IT experience, heads SETU Computer Education.In addition he leads the corporate team engaged in commercial services, legal and statutory compliances.He also looks after the day-to-day operations as well as the organisation-building function at SETU.

Nitesh M Bhandari, With 8 years of business development experience, Nitesh heads SETU Net's Enterprise Solutions business . Over the years he has grown IT training business at corporate level.
