Ben W. Partridge, Principal Ben Partridge is a Principal with Dominion Benefits and is responsible for sales and account management to a number of notable clients.Ben was previously a partner with Kennedy, Partridge and Associates. Ben has been in the employee benefits market since 1976.Early in his career, Ben was a marketing director with Equicor, now CIGNA.Ben became an employee benefits consultant in 1983 and joined Kennedy, Partridge in 1990.Ben has been recognized as an award-winning consultant on numerous occasions by many carriers for his strong client base and results.Ben is also a Past President of the Central Virginia Association of Health Underwriters. Ben received a B.S. in Business Administration from University of Central Florida.He is also an active investor in real estate projects.He is a long-term resident of Goochland County and enjoys tennis and golf.
