Rajesh K. Parthasarathy, President and CEO
As MENTIS's founder and chief executive, Rajesh Parthasarathy sets the overall strategic direction and vision for the company by leveraging his unique combination of deep functional experience and application expertise. In this capacity, he is focused on company growth, product direction, market opportunities, and key relationships for MENTIS.
Rajesh began his career as an auditor at one of the Big Four Accounting firms, and has extensive experience in creating and implementing custom solutions and ERP tools for Fortune 100 companies. Most recently, he moved from consulting to a key role at a leading software firm, where he conceptualized, designed and brought to market successful and innovative software for enhancing internal controls and improving audit quality. Recognizing a number of loopholes in the area of information security at the database level, Rajesh started MENTISoftware in early 2004 to continue his tradition of meeting critical market needs with innovative solutions.
Rajesh is also the Chairperson of the Internal Controls and Security Special Interest Group (SIG) of the Oracle Applications User Group.
A Chartered Accountant, Rajesh holds a BA in Accounting from Madras University , a Diploma in Business Finance from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India, and an Honors Diploma in Advanced Systems Management from Informatics Computer Systems of India. -
