A Chartered Accountant, Narasimhan has over 12 years of work experience, a substantial part of which has been spent in consulting roles.He has consulted globally for automotive, manufacturing, engineering, financial services and trading industries in India, Europe and North America.Combines start-up expertise with process excellence and IT programming know-how to create and build high performance teams.

Before joining Vanessa Brooks, Inc., Narasimhan was the Full Life Cycle Leader for the SOA & Web Services business, also heading the Open Source Consulting competency both of them being profit centers, as part of the Consulting and Enterprise Solutions (CES) unit of Satyam Computer Services Limited.Narasimhan was with Satyam since October 1998 and among other responsibilities has been involved in setting up and incubating new practices within the unit.He was earlier focusing on Business Development for few of the practices of the Unit in the US as the Pre-Sales lead.

Started his career with Philips India Ltd handling MIS.He was part SHCIL for a short time where as an Executive was responsible for post market settlements and played a role in enhancement of the EDP system.Later he became the Partner of the Chartered Accountant firm Alladi Krishanan & Kumar and the Director of their Management consulting arm starting it from scratch.During that period he consulted for many small and medium enterprises, played a key role in setting up the internal control system and specialized in Mergers and Acquisition.
