NEW YORK, Sept. 14, 2004

BNP Paribas is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Parsons as Head of Analytics in its New York Securitization team.He reports to David Mandel, Head of Securitization, North America.

Steve joins the firm from Radian Guaranty Inc. where he was Head of Mortgage Insurance Transactions since 2003.Prior to that, he spent fourteen years at Bank of America Securities, most recently as a Managing Director in Global Structured Finance and Head of Analytics.In this capacity he was responsible for financial engineering and structuring of ABS, MBS and CMBS.
