Kenneth joined Denny's nearly 6 years ago as a Divisional Training Director.Since joining the Denny's team , Kenneth has been intricately involved with his department's initiative to train its nearly 50 , 000 workforce team in Diversity Training.As a result of Kenneth's leadership initiative , Denny's and its parent company Advantica have been featured in Fortune Magazine for the last three years as one of the best companies in the US for people of color to work.That rating has been raised to the number one corporation for people of color to work in the recent July issue of Fortune Magazine.

Kenneth Parson is Denny's, Inc.Vice President of Training for Denny's U.S. Since February of 2000, his responsibilities have included establishing strategic training goals and the implementation of training initiatives to enhance the professional development of employees throughout the Denny's Brand.Parson joined Denny's as a Divisional Training Director in February of 1994.Prior to his career with Denny's, Inc., Parson held several director positions in Training and Human Resources in the public sector.A native Texan, Parson holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.Parson is a member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), and he is also a member of the Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers (CHART).
