    Mr. Perriton has had a long and successful career with the world¹s number one automaker, General Motors.Before joining Raser¹s Board, Mr. Perriton was Executive-In-Charge of Strategic Alliances and New Business Development for General Motors Asia while concurrently serving as President of General Motors Korea from 1996 through 2001.

    Mr. Perriton began his GM career in 1972 as a staff assistant in the Forward Planning Development Department with General Motors Overseas Operations in New York.Two years later, he became administrative assistant to the executive vice president for GM¹s Overseas Operations in Korea.Mr. Perriton held this position until 1977, when he was named Assistant Supply Director for Saehan Motors in Korea and in 1978 Director of Supply and a member of the Board at the same location.

    He then returned to the United States in 1979 and was named manager of International Purchasing for GM¹s Materials Management staff.In 1980, Mr. Perriton was named director of International Purchasing was named director of Fabricated Components for GM.

    In July 1983, Mr. Perriton was named Advisor Materials Management for GM¹s Toyota joint venture, New United Motor Manufacturing, Inc. (NUMMI), in Fremont, California as a follow-on assignment to working on the creation of the joint venture.He subsequently became part of the initial team to create the newly formed Saturn division of General Motors being appointed director of Materials Management in 1985 and later as Vice President as the same location.

    In June 1992, Mr. Perriton was named to be executive director for North American Car Platforms for GM¹s Worldwide Purchasing with responsibility for an annual budget of some $30 billion of annual expenditures.He held this position until September 1994.

    Beyond these assignments, Mr. Perriton has served as a member of the NUMMI Board of Directors, the GM North American (NAO) People Policy Board, and a director and Vice President of GM Personnel Services, Inc.He has also served on the NAO Labor Relations Policy Board.

    Mr. Perriton earned a master¹s degree in management from Stanford University in Palo Alto, California, under GM¹s Sloan Fellowship program, in 1983, and a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, in 1972.He has served on the Advisory Boards of Northwestern University¹s Kellogg Business School and Stanford University¹s Graduate School of Business.Her currently serves on the Brigham Young University Marriott School of Management National Advisory Council and is a member of the U.S./Korea business Advisory Council.

    Perriton is the recently retired Executive in charge of Strategic Alliances and New Business Development for General Motors Asia Pacific.Perriton spent over 34 years with General Motors in various management roles including executive management assignments in the United States and Asia.He held several key procurement management positions, including, International Purchasing for General Motors Material Management Staff, Director of International Purchasing, Asia, and in 1992 was named Executive Director of World Wide Purchasing with an annual budget approaching ,30 billion.

    Perriton was named Advisor Materials Management for GM's Toyota joint venture, New United Motor Manufacturing Inc.
