EDEN- William Carlton "Bill" Parrish, 18, of 900 Center Church Road, passed away Friday, Feb. 13, 2004, as the result of a traffic accident.

The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Stoneville Pentecostal Holiness Church.

Bill was an Eagle Scout and a graduate of Morehead High School, Class of 2003.He was a member of The National Honor Society, the Swim Team (4 years) with many achievements, a member of SADD and MHS chorus.He was currently attending Rockingham Community College, where he was a member of the President's List the first semester, and a work study student in the Technical Support department.He was instrumental in the computer applications and installation in the Rockingham County Public Schools.He was a Governor's Page, a Senate Page, and served twice in the House of Representatives as a Page in Raleigh.
