   Jason M. Mensinger, a graduate assistant and certified athletic trainer at Alvernia College, jogs in the Aquaciser as Thomas G. Parrazzo, head athletic trainer and associate professor of athletic training, monitors the workout.

   Alvernia is one of three colleges in the country to own the unusual water-therapy tool, said Thomas G. Parrazzo, associate professor of athletic training at Alvernia.
   
   The Aquaciser looks like a water tank that a person stands inside. The user can walk or jog on the treadmill while his legs are buoyed by the water. Or he can sit on a chair at the end of the unit for alternative exercises.
