John Paquet, Recording Secretary and Chair of the Transportation Subcommittee has been involved with Chicago 2006 since 1999.John is the Manager of Service Planning for the Chicago Transit Authority and has worked in transit for two decades.He is in his fifth term as president of the longest running Chicago suburban GLBT bowling league now celebrating its 25th year, and is also active in Chicago-area volleyball leagues and in USA Volleyball.

John Paquet John Paquet, Recording Secretary, is Chair of the Transportation, Venues and Accommodations, and Health, Safety and Security Committees.John has been involved in transportation planning for the past 18 years with agencies including the Chicago Transit Authority and the Suburban Bus Division of the Regional Transportation Authority.He is President of the longest running gay and lesbian bowling league in suburban Chicago, the 9-to-12 League, and is also active in suburban volleyball leagues and in USA Volleyball.
