Andrew E. Papale

Andrew Papale Andrew E. Papale is a rising senior from Juniata College pursuing a BS in Physics. He has been an active member in the Juniata College SPS chapter for the last three years, taking on many unofficial roles in support of chapter officers. In addition to SPS, Andy is a baritone in the auditioned Juniata College Concert Choir and participates in student government as a representative of the science clubs on campus. He likes to play chess or go to the gym in his spare time. This summer, Andy will be participating in the Mechanisms of Behavior program at Duke University where he will research neural mechanisms of interval timing. He plans to pursue an advanced degree in integrated neuroscience. The most important thing he has gotten out of SPS is, "being part of a community of physics-lovers at my school and also in the country."
