Ms. Palandjian leads Parthenon's Non Profit Practice and chairs the Charitable Contributions Committee.
Her broad range of consulting experience includes clients in both the private and non-profit sectors.
Ms. Palandjian's work has focused on strategy development, mission definition, and growth strategy.
She began her career at McKinsey & Co. and prior to joining Parthenon, was with Wellington Management Co., where she advised clients in portfolio strategies.
A native of Hong Kong, Ms. Palandjian is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
She chairs the New England Advisory Board of Facing History and Ourselves, and serves on the Boards of Milton Academy, the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, the Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice and Human Rights, and the Harvard Business School Alumni Board.
Ms. Palandjian is also a Director of the Hong Kong Association of Massachusetts.
She graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College, with a B.A. in Economics, and holds an M.B.A. with high distinction from Harvard Business School where she was a Baker Scholar.
