    Leon Palandjian, Principal of Flagship Ventures, has served as a founding Principal for AGTC and joined the firm in early 2000 while finishing his MD degree from Harvard Medical School.While at medical school, Leon was a Cell Biology Research Fellow studying RNA splicing.He is a contributing author on four original manuscripts and a textbook chapter.From 1991-1994 Leon held the position of Management Associate in SmithKline Beecham's pharmaceutical division, gaining experience in the operational areas of manufacturing, human resources, sales, and R&D.Leon has also been active for many years as a private investor and advisor to a real estate investment fund, and was a summer associate at Bain Capital.He serves on Dana Farber Cancer Institute's Visiting Committee for Patient and Family Care Services.He earned a B.A. in Economics from Harvard College.

    Leon currently works closely with the following Flagship companies: Adaptive Therapeutics, Beyond Genomics, Cellular Genomics and Genomics Collaborative.
