Top slalom skier Kalle Palander is the new co-owner of Halti Oy.Palander has for several years made valuable product development work with the alpine collection.In addition that this autumn his own signature collection, Palander limited Edition, is launched, the long-standing cooperation has been decided to deepen into a partnership.Even though Kalle will be taking part in making the Halti-brand known in the world, alpine skiing is still the top priority in his life.

Halti's ownership today is divided between the company's management, Kalle Palander and the venture capital and private equity company 3i.3i has a share of 49% and the company's management together with Palander have a total share of 51%.

The top skier is believed to bring more speed especially to the Scandinavian and Central-European alpine clothing business.Growth is expected especially with the alpine collection.Also the company's main business area in the domestic market is believed to continue its growth.

Along with becoming a partner Kalle Palander heads his way towards business-life and also towards the future after the active career.He is now stronger than ever speeding the Halti brand's international goals; however so that product testing and marketing is in proportion to Kalle's main job, alpine skiing.

The partnership of Halti and Atomic is bolstered by the fact that Halti's co-owner, alpine skiing star Kalle Palander is under agreement to use Atomic gear.
